Amazing staff. All super friendly and helpful, especially Hillary at the front desk. Excellent location in the heart of the Poblado neighborhood. Restaurants and stores are close by, as is the famous Lleras Park. The hotel rooms are very clean and very spacious. Excellent also for long stays.

It has good transportation access and parking I think for visitors. Its entrance is hidden from the avenue, its rooms are soundproofed and opaque windows, very clean and very friendly staff. I liked discovering this place in the middle of expensive hotels, being the most economical. I recommend it for those who come tired from the airport and are passing through the city.
